OMBRANET RASCHEL Horticulture

Polyethylene nets, knitted with the Raschel system, especially used as shaders and windbreaks

Usually, in horticulture the nets used allow 30% and 50% of coverage because they create a thin sun filter without impeding the passage of light necessary for the growth and maturation of the crops. Instead in floriculture nets at 70% and 90% of coverage are preferred because the aim is to reduce light, lower the temperature and maintain the humidity of the greenhouse to create an underwood effect which is very useful for the growth of green and flowering plants.
